You can return any unopened product within 14 days of delivery.
How to return a product
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply with the return address and the steps to follow.
- Once we receive the product, we refund you on your original payment method, within 14 days at the latest.
Payments are charged in US dollars (USD). A refund is made for the same amount in US dollars; your bank's conversion may make the amount in your own currency slightly different.
These conditions do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
